The South Haven Board of Education will hold a special board meeting on Monday, November 18, at 6:00 PM in the school library. The only item to be considered is South Haven involvement in a Wrestling Cooperative with Oxford and Udall. No other items of business will be considered.

The South Haven Math Team competed at the Caldwell High Math Relays on Tuesday, November 12, and came home with the 2nd place plaque. Every student on the team earned points to lead the team to its 2nd place finish.

Moms and sons in grades PreK to 5 are invited to the Mom/Son Dance sponsored by FCCLA this coming Saturday, November 16 in the south gym.

USD 359 Argonia Parents As Teachers Consortium (Serving School Districts: Argonia, Belle Plaine, Caldwell, Oxford, South Haven and Udall Ks.) is seeking a
part-time Parents as Teachers- Parent Educator (10-17 hours per week). This home-visiting position serves families with children from prenatal through preschool age, utilizing the Parents as Teachers curriculum (which new hires will become certified in).

South Haven National Honor Society is sponsoring a blood drive on November 14. The American Red Cross is on the ground in areas devastated by Hurricane Helene and need your help in meeting the blood needs of those affected now and in the weeks to come.

The community is invited to join the South Haven student body to celebrate Veteran's Day with the veterans of our community.
